Parents and Students,
Just wanted to remind you about the two upcoming financial deadlines.
On or before March 29 - $27 - OPTIONAL
This fee is for our end of year trip. It is NOT REQUIRED. Students need to meet the eligibility requirements to go on our trip. Click here to see those requirements again. If your student pays for the trip and can't go, the refund will be credited to their Charms account NEXT year. It takes a good 30 days to get a refund from the company, And, that refund will come over the summer. So, it won't be available until most likely September. Just to give you an idea, this year's refund came in October.
On or before April 13 - $15 - REQUIRED
This is what we call the "Piano Fee". On Saturday, April 21 your student will be performing at a Solo contest. This fee is to pay for the piano player. You can click here to read more. We have NOT given this to the kids yet, so they may not know about it, but they do know about the upcoming contest.
As usual, you can pay with Cash or Check in the band hall. You can also pay with a CREDIT CARD now!!! :-) . Go to the front office and tell them that you want to pay for the "Beginner Band Trip" or "Band Piano Fee" and they can take care of you. You can pay for one or both. However you would like to do it.
